Angels are among us.
Adding into Bailey's missionary journal and history. Sister Bailey Smith went through enduring the challenge and traumatic experience of losing Sister Nielsen, her MTC companion and close friend. At times she fought the good fight. At times angels upheld her and her other mission friends as they dealt with this tragedy in their lives and the great loss of a fellow missionary sister. On October 21st missionaries Tade Biesinger, Bailey Smith, Caroline Smith, Jack Spoors were inspired by angels to create a video tribute of dance, music and cinematography. In their own words:
I hope this can heal hearts as it has healed mine being apart of this divinely inspired project. 💛 I love you Sister Annabelle Nielsen and I love you and pray everyday for you and your family Lynell Nielsen.
-Sister Bailey Smith-
In loving memory of Sister Annabelle Nielsen who recently stepped through the veil and received her new calling as a heavenly angel.
On Friday evening, my soul was pierced by the scripture in Ecclesiastes 3:4, which states that there is a "time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;" As soon as I heard the word, "dance" I felt an overwhelming impression that I needed to create something that would express my testimony, that the work of angels on both sides of the veil is very real.
This piece is about the ministry of angels to God's children on Earth, as well as in the Heavens. This is a testimony that Annabelle surely shared, as she was filled with many Heavenly moments during her time here on Earth. I know that she is providing these same moments to other people right now. Although we may have left heaven for a short time, I am certain that heaven has never left us.
Throughout this creation process, we received Heavenly help. There were many moments where it was clear that the ideas coming from those involved in the project, were not our own. Never have we witnessed a project come together so quickly and perfectly. We certainly felt the help and guidance of Heavenly Father and his angels.
This is dedicated to Sister Annabelle Nielsen, her Family, and to those who await the day when they will be reunited and rejoice with their loved ones again.
